Orchard cottage is a detached homely property on Tiptoe Farm, and is surrounded by beautiful gardens/ orchard and walks. There are stunning views of the

Cheviot and Eildon Hills and the River Till.



Orchard Cottage is perfect holiday destination for families and couples to carry out a range

of pursuits such as fishing, cycling, walking, golf, riding, or just relaxing on the beach. The River Till is situated at Tiptoe Farm there is a mile of sea

-trout and salmon fishing available. Extra storage facilities is available for equipment such as rods and bikes, and also drying facilities. There is an all

-weather tennis court.



The beaches are 8 miles away, golf course 5 miles away, riding 4 miles away. There are mapped cycle rides from

Tiptoe and also lots of information about local attractions. The cottage is equipped and furnished to a high standard. It has a porch area with log and coal

storage, a fully fitted kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, washer and tumble dryer. The living room has TV and video and a cosy open log fire. The

bathroom has shower, bath and heated towel rail. The double bedroom, twin bedroom and single bedroom are all furnished with pine beds and dressing tables.
