Oaklea Lodge is situated in a beautiful, peaceful part of the Scottish Borders with exceptional views and

picturesque grounds. It is 2 minutes walk to the River Tweed. An ideal location for quiet country walks and wildlife spotting. It is 2 minutes walk to

local village shop/cafe and hotel/bar. It is 3 minutes drive to Coldstream with bank, post office, Co-op and range of eating facilities. It is 15 minutes

drive to Northumberland's most picturesque coastline (Berwick-upon-Tweed, Holy Island, Bamburgh Castle, Alnwick gardens and many more). Voted the finest

coast in the British Isles.



Sporting facilities include golf (numerous golf courses nearby including The Hirsel - only 2 mile drive),

fishing in local Tweed, horse riding nearby and many walking pursuits (St Cuthbert's Way and the Cheviot Hills.



Oaklea Lodge sleeps 6-8

persons. The cottage is detached within its own garden. It has 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower over the bath, sitting room with eating area and well

equipped kitchen. The cottage has central heating throughout included with electricity. Linen included but no towels provided. A travel cot is available.
